This is 5th time buying this product I… This is 5th time buying this product I was so happy and satisfied with the first bottle but the other 4 have not been good. The solution has turned into littl rocks . i have send emails and no return emails or phone calls .

Works well Been using it since my son was 1 and I needed to lose that weight, and every time I gain I go back to it for a boost start You definitely get more weight loss by doing a light workout if you feel strong enough. Back in 2018, I started it in March at 175LBS and by June I was back to my pre-baby weight of 140. Highly recommended, and follow the diet instructions and stick to it and be disciplined and you will get great results! Remain disciplined with portion control, and weight watch, and basic workouts once you complete the program and you won't gain it back.

i was disappointed that it has clumps… i was disappointed that it has clumps in the bottle, but i guess thats the way it comes...
