EXCELLENT CARE Dr. Tehrany is a phenomenal physician! I sought his care after being involved in a traumatic car accident and was immediately put at ease by both the Dr. and his amazing staff. Once it was confirmed that I required shoulder surgery all my questions and concerns were addressed in a professional and caring manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Tehrany to anyone in need of an excellent surgeon.

Excellent Service!! Dr. Tehrany and his team are true professionals. I came to him for reconstructive ACL repair on my right knee. From the day I came for an evaluation, Dr. Tehrany and his team provided excellent consultation, service, & bedside manner. This started from pre-op to my final stages of physical therapy post op. Before the specialist appeared, 3 s … Before the specialist appeared, 3 student doctors (maybe doctors at different levels of training) appeared, a leading female doctor took over, had me move around and make comments to his colleagues that meant nothing to me. They talked among themselves about her observations, nodding. I learned nothing of what my condition was. The specialist was a disappointment to me. I thought he would discuss my case: What's my condition? Do I need another Mri of my knee to see if there's more deterioration that needs treatment? The specialist simply said, the treatment we give here is "injections". I said I didn't think I needed that since I have no pain. (My knee swells, it's warm most of the time, makes sounds when I walk, can't bend my knee and so that I can't walk down stairs). He did not say when that treatment (injection) was necessary. More importantly, do I need to watch for symptoms that may call for that treatment?. At the end I was given a list of physical therapy places....near my home (thank you). To me this visit was a waste of time. I learned nothing. With no information, I asked myself 'what was that all about?'

What a Medical Professional Should Be Dr. Tehrany has performed 3 surgeries for me, and his team of expert PAs have worked with me on several other shoulder and knee issues. He is a wonderful, caring, skilled surgeon, and you would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable medical professional with more up-to-date techniques anywhere in NYC.

shoulder (bicep tear) injury. I couldn't tell you what Dr. Tehrany is like. I visited his office on 4 seperate occasios and never met with him once, I was always rerouted to his PA. T being said he staff that works the front is incredible and extremely helpful. I hear his surgery abilities are great so as long as you don't mind never seeing the actual doctor until surgery you'll be happy.
