Had an issue - quickly sorted A rather long parcel was not collected on its due date. Despite rebooking twice it remained unmoved. It was an eBay transaction so very conscious about negative feedback. Got onto the chat box facility with P2G and spoke with Richard. He confirmed the problem and offered to rebook. I refused and asked for a refund. No arguing or spouting small print, order cancelled and a refund issued. No quibbles at all and no lengthy explanations required. Very happy with this outcome and will continue to use P2G.

Parcel2go is a fantsastic tool for any business I love this site as it is easy to find a great price for national and international deliveries. It is all laid out in a clear manner and is upfront with all the costs etc. I also find the support staff really friendly and very helpful. Richard M who helped me today was great. I cancelled my Parcel force contract as Parcel2go was better by miles. People like Richard make business easier to deliver my products.

Excellent products Excellent service The products are well described and fully described. What you order is what you get. Packaging was great and delivery was speedy. A great company to deal with and will deal with them again as they keep you informed as to where your product is, its delivery date and keep in contact to make sure it arrives safe and in good condition.

Parcel2go Very helpful live help team I've just had two small problems, one was a damaged parcel and another an ordering error by myself. Both times the problems were dealt with quickly and easily, I was very impressed. Thanks for your help Richard and your colleagues.

Robert from Parcel2Go is a diamond I got fantastic help from Robert at P2G (& a couple of other people, sorry I cant remember your names) when a parcel had 3 attempts to be delivered but the customer was not in. Robert was very helpfull & is going to get TNT to try once more. I'm sure most companies would have given up by this time. Thanks Robert & co :)
