Easy transaction Our purchase of the PVC rolling shower chair was great. Delivery went faster than expected. We purchased the four inch wheels with locks and are glad we did. We would definitely recommend you to anyone needing shower chair!

Sliding transfer bench and Toilet rails Really like the transfer bench--saved me from having to remodel the bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. Works great! Was disappointed that the toilet rails were on back order--have been waiting over a week for them to get here--but are to arrive today and I am sure they will be just as great as the bench.

This is bad, very bad We ordered a bath chair commode for my bedridden mother on Wednesday 12-28. We were assured they would rush the request to the "warehouse" and it would be shipped via FedEx on thursday, maybe friday at the latest. We were told we could expect it in 5 business days, Thursday 1-5 at the latest. There is no warehouse owned by CareProducts, they order from wholesalers and did not know their wholesaler was closed over the holidays. It now looks like the chair will not be delivered until 1-17. In the meantime my bedridden mother must have bedbaths rather than a shower and use a bedpan. Our bad situation continues. When I called them, they were nice, they gave me a 5% discount, but it does not cover the discomfort and unhappiness. I just wish they had been honest.

Just the item we needed The swivel bath transfer bench advertised by this company was the exact item we needed to assure the safety of our disabled loved one. some good, some mediocre I had seen the product at another site for a great price, but the customer service was not so good. On the other hand Nancy (careprodx) was great, but the price was not good. I worked with Kelly and Tim to negotiate a better price, but the best and final price didn't come until I sent them the discounted price advertised by rehabmart.
