A great investment! My foot pain is gone I have very flat feet and mild arthritis in my toes. After paying $400 for custom orthotics from my doctor that didn't work I decided to give Footstar a shot. I'm glad I did! The aches and pains in my toes and knees are gone. Now I can hike as often as I want with no issues.

UPDATE: Matt from Footstar immediately called to rectify my issues. He was very informative and responsive to my needs. I will try to break them in and see what happens. Thanks Matt! Well, when I received the mold, it was so wide that it wouldn't fit in any of my shoes without it sticking out! Granted I have wide feet, however there's a piece that literally makes my orthotics 4 INCHES across!, At $250 I thought it would be WAAAY better and worth it.

The website was very easy to maneuver… The website was very easy to maneuver and the foam molds to make the foot impressions came very quickly within two days. Easy to understand photographs in the directions make it easy to understand how to complete the foot molds and how to return the molds.
