The website was very easy to maneuver… The website was very easy to maneuver and the foam molds to make the foot impressions came very quickly within two days. Easy to understand photographs in the directions make it easy to understand how to complete the foot molds and how to return the molds.

UPDATE: Matt from Footstar immediately called to rectify my issues. He was very informative and responsive to my needs. I will try to break them in and see what happens. Thanks Matt! Well, when I received the mold, it was so wide that it wouldn't fit in any of my shoes without it sticking out! Granted I have wide feet, however there's a piece that literally makes my orthotics 4 INCHES across!, At $250 I thought it would be WAAAY better and worth it.

Without any complaints, I've had many good years in their orthotics and excellent follow-up. I would certainly recommend Footstar services from Arciuolo in Milford, CT. I have been getting shoes there from 1991 when I lived in Milford. I now drive over an hour for both shoes and orthotics from Arciuolo.
