I'm 5'9" 155 pound male with an average amount of body fat. Drank 64 ounces of water the day before. Took it 2.5 hours before my test, followed the directions exactly as the kit stated. Peed 2-3 times before I went to the doctor's office. Gave them the middle of my pee stream. Just received my results and there was ZERO the in my system!! Seriously impressed.

Then I drank the bottle in about 20 minutes Filled it up a few times with water over the next hours. Peed quite a bit. Urine is kinda yellow. But after about 90 minutes, took another test and negatory! Took two more tests with an hour. Negative. Drank some coffee hoping to time down yellow on my way to GNC to get bottle for tomorrow. Had to pee when I got back, nd tested again, barely a negative, slight second line Urine is still funny 5 hours later, but tested before bed and positive. So I would say to use within two hours if drinking.

The taste was oddly familiar (still cant place it) and wasn't hard to drink. Definitely gave my pee more color which was great. Gave me a nice energy boost too. Passed the test with flying colors. If you are worried get this. Just and fyi, you will be peeing often once this hits your system for the rest of the day.

I used this cleanse in addition to a few.... I used this cleanse in addition to a few other precautions. to be fair, I was testing negative using single panel at home tests which i also found on amazon (these are what gave me the MOST confidence going into my pre-employment screening). For the reason, and being a fit, 5'5" woman, i didn't feel the need to drink the whole bottle (which is meant for extreme toxicity and larger body mass). I knew my fallback plan was dilution method, so I started with a trial by consuming 1/4 of the bottle the evening before. I wanted to void a few times and understand how it affected the color of my urine. Anything containing concentrations of B2 makes you pee mountain dew so watch out. The day of the test, i drank water throughout the night (always do), voided a couple times in the morning, then switched to drinking the remaining 3/4 bottle of cleanse over the next hour up until 20 mins before the test. I also drank water throughout to help dilute my sample - this would both assure that negative result and lighten up the B2 color so it was believable color. It worked like a charm. Passed the test and everything appeared normal. I also ate meat the night before but probably wasn't necessary as this product contains the creatine needed to give a sample the needed proteins so as not to get rejected by the lab.
