I CANCELED AND CLOSED account almost… I CANCELED AND CLOSED my account almost 2 weeks ago (LUCKILY I LOCK MY CREDIT CARDS) I received a text Tuesday 11/15 and one today 11/17 saying my bank declined $239.99 worth of charges..idk what type of scam they have going on but its not right. When I tried to log back into my projectcasting.com account OF COURSE I got an error saying that I no longer have an account. So if I don't have an account how are you trying to charge me?????? I wish It was a way to upload my screenshots to trust pilot.

Jonathan went above and beyond to assist me in the process of a refund and most of all had very timely and engaging communication. Project Casting charged my paypal account without my consent and without showing me how much they would charge me I kept receiving these emails to sign up for outrageous casting notices and emails had only one button: Upgrade now. I clicked it, and it led me to a website with no information, now way to check to see if these casting breakdowns were real or not and when I clicked next, it took me to paypal where automatically I was charged an outrageous amount without showing me what amount I would be charged. I tried to reverse charges of $239.99 and I was unsuccessful. The breakdowns on the website are not legitimate and the whole website is a scam. I requested multiple times to be refunded this amount I was charged without my consent and they never replied to any of my emails. On Paypal they refused to refund my money and they offered to refund only $119. This is a ripoff, and I am here to warn others about this company.
