Mason Matthews was exceptionally… Mason Matthews was exceptionally helpful in getting my WellCare coverage increased with a “O” Premium each month that will help me with my monthly expenses which have been a struggle considering the cost of living from inflation over this past year. Also I need extensive oral surgery and treatments for my lymphoma (cancer) I was diagnosed with this year and my hope is that my out-of-pocket costs will be reduced so I can pursue the much needed healthcare through this better health plan. Mason was cordial, kind, understanding, and exceptionally helpful in providing assistance that will be helpful down the road in getting help and future concerns addressed by having a direct line and dedicated agent to work with.
