Deborah has been a game-changer for me Working with Deborah has been a game changer for me. There really aren't enough words to describe how she helped me navigate through the hardest, most painful season of my life with her patience, grace and wisdom. Before this, I never thought that I would be the type of person who would need to work with a coach, because I thought that I could handle everything on my own and work my problems out in my own time and in my own way. What I realized was that I had no idea what I was doing, I was really a mess and I was just making myself and my situation more and more unhealthy. Getting back into flow When I started working with Deborah I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and unsure about the future of my company. Her approach is different than most business consultants. She doesn’t focus on numbers or sales. Instead, she looks deeper at the issues going on internally with the Entrepreneur. Where is the resistance? What is the story you are telling yourself? What are the underlying issues contributing to and creating the current situation? In working with her this way, I saw some results very quickly in the way I felt about my business and my overall level of stress and overwhelm. I went from feeling stuck to unstuck and being more in flow. When I was in that state I noticed more business opportunities came my way without me having the hunt them down. Things were easier and more enjoyable. My favorite part of working with Deborah is that I was able to let go of the mental and emotional weight I had been carrying and felt my original inspiration for starting the company come back.
