Exceptional Customer Service Great customer service! I contacted customer service regarding care of my enameled pot and they responded quickly and answered my questions. I received my pot and the paint on the outside was not an even coat. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a new one and gave me a return label for the defective one. Quick service and eager to make it right. I will definitely recommend this product and this company to my family and friends!

Absolutely love these pans Absolutely love these pans. After the first one, I ordered 2 more because I love the performance and more importantly, the weight! I’ve avoided cast iron because as a woman of short stature, most cast iron is too heavy for me. My last order included the 13” pan, which is a bit heavy for me but lighter than an equivalent from other manufacturers. Love the smooth finish and the non-stick quality, and easy care.
