Exceptional Customer Service Great customer service! I contacted customer service regarding care of my enameled pot and they responded quickly and answered my questions. I received my pot and the paint on the outside was not an even coat. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a new one and gave me a return label for the defective one. Quick service and eager to make it right. I will definitely recommend this product and this company to my family and friends!

I appreciate the hand-made, USA-made products, and am willing to pay extra for something that can't be mass-produced at this quality level.
