I would be lost without them! With Morton's neuroma and general overall foot pain due to fat pad atrophy, if I don't wear my Powersteps, I have much more discomfort. They truly make a difference in my life!

I love my shoe inserts I love my shoe inserts. I've used them forover half-a-dozen years, and my foot problems are largely resolved. Great product: the inserts that come when you purchase shoes-- even the most expensive brands-- are cheap and inadequate versions. Rip them out, throw in the trash, and replace with the Powerstep version that is literally ten times more effective. PS: replace your Powerstep inserts every year if you wear a given pair of shoes quite a lot.
