I’ve used flatmeds 6 times I’ve used flatmeds 6 times. They’ve been around for a while so they’re pretty trustworthy. Shipping is usually fast, but it’s also been slow a couple times. (approx 15 - 30 days) After you place your order, you get an email receipt which tells you to be patient while they fill your order. About a week later, they send another email saying your shipment has been dispatched but they don’t give tracking numbers by default, you have to ask for it. They respond to emails really quickly and provided tracking numbers within a few hours. Usually when I’m halfway out of meds, I placed an order knowing that it could take up to 30 days.

Overall a good experience Overall a good experience. Ordering was easy however method of payment limited. Delivery took about 4 weeks. Communication with Flatmeds was great with quick response and all questions answered. Would use them again.

Excellent fulfillment time, excellent product. I was very happy with the speed at which my order was fulfilled. Even though the amount of time described on the website was approximately 4 weeks, I received the order in approximately 8 - 9 days. My order was accurate, the prescription is working exactly as I had hoped, and I'm a happy camper.
