Stephen Dowell spent a good deal of time with my wife and me, which I believe helped him gain insight into our individual Medicare circumstances and needs, and helped him tailor the right plans for each of us. His advice concerning future complications if we choose the wrong plan initially were especially valuable, and I think will save us from serious problems in the future. GBThe representative who spoke to me was… The representative who spoke to me was excellent! Zack Dixon, spent over an hour explaining the different plans for my Medicare supplement. He went over and beyond my satisfaction on information he shared about the plans and insurance companies that sold the policies. We discussed price and coverage along with ratings for the individual companies. I picked what I thought would be best for me not the representative, he gave me time to think about it, he provided his license number, office number plus his cell number. I did call back with a question and Mr. Dixon answered, ( I really didn't expect him to answer), I thought for sure someone else would pick up not him. He was the best rep I have spoken to by far.

GBMy Representative (Mr Robert Ray) was… My Representative (Mr Robert Ray) was very professional. He walked me through the process explaining the different plans. He wasn't pushy. He allowed me the opportunity to get back with him after a few days of my own research/data gathering to make an informed decision (yea or nay). I felt at ease discussing my needs with him. GREAT REP!!!

GBLowest Quotes, low in support. They have the lowest quotes, however, once you say yes, forget about getting any further support. I did not care for the Dental plan they shoved on me -- which I promptly cancelled, but all my requests to get additional help in getting a dental plan went unanswered. The way to game the system would be is NOT to agree to BUY a policy UNTIL all your questions have been resolved, because after you've bought the main policy, forget about getting any additional help. That has been my experience.
