Found a solution despite set backs eGrowth partners is tenacious if nothing else. When my project with them was derailed for reasons outside of their control (Amazon changing policies on the fly) they were able to work with me to find a solution that was at least 80% sufficient. Then they worked for months to implement that new plan. As a business owner myself I sincerely appreciated what felt like a personal investment in resolving my issues. They are a good and honest company.

Veronica was very helpful and calm when… Veronica was very helpful and calm when our account got suspended. She's very responsive and was consistent in following up. The service was probably the most expensive in industry. It was worth it for us since we had lost over 6 days of sale during this process.

Amazing team, fantastic service! I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Not only did the eGrowth team pick up on my enquiry immediately, they also scheduled a call promptly and got my issue addressed quickly. (Background - not a seller who engages in blackout stuff). I'd recommend anyone to go to the de facto experts in the reinstatement field. Do it right once, and go to the guys who are able to advise you on what to do. Your Amazon business is too valuable to cheap out on other solution providers. In particular, Roy and Lissa deserve special mention for the prompt and effective service!

Wasted time and wasted money... I was given the impression by the eGrowth representative with whom I first spoke, that the false copyright infringement claim that had rendered my ASIN inactive could probably be cleared up in just a few days. I was hopeful and she seemed friendly and optimistic. Unfortunately, mine was a "tough case" I later learned, and weeks later I found myself in the same exact predicament, less the $750 I paid them. After about a month or so of absolutely nothing resolved, they just referred me to a law firm. Gee, thanks a lot! I feel generous giving 1 star only because the gentlemen who was assigned to my case did his best and earnestly tried to help me. I feel woefully misled about the outcome.
