Plus, Life Ionizers provides a much longer warranty and customer service has been great. GBRegarding Mary in your Customer Service Department I met with Mary in your customer service department via your chat utility. I found Mary to be not only professional but extremely personal as well. I experienced some difficulty after running the cleaning/de-scaling process and within seconds, Mary gave me instructions that has my MXL-15 up and running like new! So not only was Mary personable, but I found her to be extremely knowledgeable in the process of trouble shooting the problem. Whatever you're paying her... IT ISN'T ENOUGH! Gregory O. Clark

GBAbsolutely Love Our Life Ionizer System Purchased our Life Ionizer M13X Next Generation water filter machine in 2017 when my father was battling lung cancer. My wife and I love the system and we have not had any issues. It looks and works fantastic. I highly recommend the system. We use ours multiple times every day. I love the touch control faucet system with audio. My only complaint is that the replacement filters are a bit pricey, and figuring out which filter goes with our system is somewhat of a task.
