GBProduct & Return Policy not as advertised. Received cap and product. Not as advertised. Same with the refund policy. Not as advertised. I have yet to find a customer service phone number. I have sent 4 email requests for a refund and all replies just explain how to use the product and how dedicated they are to my satisfaction, but no direction on how to return for a refund.

GBEasy buying experience Saw the ad for the red-light therapy cap on my Facebook feed and was interested because I already use red-light for my arthritis pain and general wellbeing so why not in a cap for potential hair growth help? Ordered my cap on January 26, 2024, and received it yesterday, February 10, 2024. Not too bad. Only thing I didn't like was I never received a shipping notice or tracking number. I was going to email the company about my order and it just showed up in the mail so I didn't have to send the email.

GBTook a month to get it Took a month to get it. It didn’t fit. I asked for a refund and they put up multiple barriers to get a refund. Then say it can take 30 business days to get a refund. But at this point I find them to be dishonest. $200 for a hat with led lights. Come on. What a scam.

GBFrom SKEPTIC to BELIEVE! Honestly thought this was another gimmick. Two months in, I’m eating my words. The thinning at the crown has dramatically improved, I’m even seeing baby hairs along my hairline. If you are doubting, just try it. The results will speak for themselves.

GBTRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY! Was seriously SKEPTICAL but wow, this cap CHANGED everything! Laser Cap grew back my hair after 4 months, so I keep using this now 3 days a week instead of 5 days a week to maintain my result. The amount of LED LIGHTS/LASERS in the cap is critical because the study of laser helmets said that 272 lights were needed to stimulate the hair follicles. This cap has 272 lights and is the most reasonably prices of units that have been made well!
