GBEverything was great until I tried to… Everything was great until I tried to check out. Uploading the prescription did not work (3 tries), and then they gave an option to email it, which also did not work! Finally I got someone on the chat that assisted and I was able to attach the prescription there. After all that I had to remain on the chat another 15 minutes while he asked questions like who is the Dr, my dogs weight, etc all of that information was on the script! Why did I have repeat everything again? Just not a stable web interface.

GBI just made my first order from the… I just made my first order from the USA, to save costs on my medication. It was a very involved for my initial order but necessary to confirm prescription. It takes several days from order, confirmation and the shipping takes up to 5 days. My medication needs to be refrigerated though so I hope it arrives still cool. We shall see. The chat service was very helpful giving me a tracking number today! Hopeful this all goes well. So far so good!

GBSmooth Ordering Process from Beginning to End Easy to negotiate online. Great to get reminders via text and phone. Easy to Chat if I have a question; tech person was very polite and efficient and answered my questions easily. I also like that Sezzle is available for payment and there are several options to use there as well.

GBwhen a client uploads an image of a… when a client uploads an image of a check and a prescription, There should be an acknowledgement if this. Instead the system continues to complain that neither has been processed. All you need do is report to the client “okay we got it, we will let you know if we need anything else!”. Instead what the client sees is that you still need the check image and the prescription image. Doing this would likely take a big burden off od your call center, who have to explain that it takes 24 to 48 hours to “ process”. the images. it would also be helpful if you clearly explained exactly when the check would be cashed!
