Great concept and products, still needs some work I love the idea of cabinet and I'm obsessed with the glass bottles and having all my meds in a uniform size. It's frustrating that their website promises free shipping over $50 but wouldn't let me ship my bottle purchase with my prescription. They also didn't take my insurance info, so I paid 10x what I normally pay at CVS. That being said, I really wanted the glass bottle, and I'm hoping that they'll improve their services going forward so I can stop going through pharmacies and the endless pile up of prescription bottles.

Good stuff I like the idea of reusable glass bottles. We use too much non-recyclable plastics in general

Never got a label. Really bad experience. Never got a label. One of the pills is larger than the others. This is medicine we are talking about. DRUGS. Chemical compositions that affect MY BODY. I’m honestly afraid to use these. It has brought into question using this service at all for any medicine.

Great but no HSA Their pharmacists coordinated well with my doctor to speed up the process. I received my prescription within 1 week in a mostly recyclable container. The paperwork in the delivery box could have been emailed to me and conserved resources. Unfortunately, they do not except HSA payments or insurance. Overall, they do great work to reduce plastic and I will continue supporting their cause.

Great customer service When I reached out to customer service because my package never arrived, they sorted it out right away and even sent a replacement. I think technically the mistake was on my end, but I'm glad I'm not out the money.
