Rx recycling bag much smaller than pictured I appreciate the opportunity to recycle rx bottles through this company's service. This summer, I ordered an rx recycling bag--there wasn't a cost associated and it was big enough to fit about 15 bottles. I ordered a new one last week--it now costs $10 shipping, which I am okay paying, though I do think most people will not want to do this. However, the bag is now much smaller and will only fit 4-5 bottles.

When I didn't respond in a reasonable amount of time, a representative called me to offer help. I'm floored by the personal touch.
