Mail order prescription great price, slow process The company offers an alternate way of getting medication at a good price. Everyone was pleasant, but it took 2 weeks of multiple phone calls and emails to get my prescription. I was given conflicting information. The authorization process was slow and I had to resubmit information. Hopefully I will receive the medication on the promised date. Getting refills should be much easier.

I haven't received my prescription… I haven't received my prescription yet...my eye doctor stated that it is being worked on. Hopefully that will happen soon. I appreciate you filling it as quickly as all the paper work is in order. Thanks so much,

The representative said she was trying… The representative said she was trying to get pre authorization from my insurance with Duke Energy. I kept receiving emails or texts stating I owed the full amount of the prescription. Duke Energy representative called you and she could not get it resolved. She called Optum RX (I kept suggesting that to you) and it was approved. I have already received the prescription at no cost to me.
