GBGood product. Wonky ordering process initially So far I like the product and it seems to help. The initial order was very confusing though. When placed it said it would arrive within 2 days of processing. That just never happened and I wasn't notified of that. I had to call customer service (very nice people) and was told my order was canceled due to product shortage but reordered on my behalf. None of that was communicated after my purchase. I just found out by calling on my own. My account just showed order canceled and left me more confused.

GBWebsite is less than perfect Website is less than perfect. Seems to reflect a get it done quick attitude 🙄 circular navigation leads to hunting for phone number vs address. Billing and shipping addresses are not clearly shown and co editable. Even filling and sending this review is painfully obtuse. Why demand the date versus auto fill, and in a foreign format?

GBGood service, could have better user interface experience I like that I have the option for automatic refills. I do not like how many different tabs and steps are necessary to start a new prescription fill, though. I also don't want an email for every step of an order. I would rather get a link to my order and see it as a line with dots for each of the steps it goes through. Prescription received, order requested, order checked by pharmacy, order shipped, click here for Tracking number. I wouldn't mind getting the email with the Tracking number. That kind of email lets me know to be checking my mailbox.

GBI really couldn’t be much more… I really couldn’t be much more impressed. The cash price was fantastic (exponentially better than my insurance.) Delivery was quick. Highly recommend.
