GBAfter writing a review last week After writing a review last week. I wanted to give an update. We were charged 3 times for my husband’s medication. January 19th, February 1st and 2nd. We recieved one of the $101.37 back and dirx said the one on the 2nd didn’t go into their account I had to dispute the charge and we recieved the 2nd back yesterday. So everything is good now. Thank you

GBMixed review Good customer service and good email updates but it took 2-3 weeks to get our first order from the time we started the setup process. Also when ordering multiple items, they put the whole order on hold when one item was unavailable. After I called, they asked if I wanted the rest of the order and to keep the one item in hold. I would have preferred they either skip what they have or communicate that with me rather than just letting the order sit until I called. Hopefully the refills will go quicker and be in time.

GBVery surprised at the savings & value Very surprised at the savings & value. Customer service responded in quick time with answers to questions. Quick process to transfer scripts. Only snag was scripts were filled to a smaller amount than ordered. Savings were appropriately 45% less than insurance adjustment. Happy camper.

GBGreat Prices My insurance changed and my monthly meds went from $0-$35 for 3 months to over $90 for 90 pills, there was no way I could afford that. Without insurance at the pharmacy, meds were over $350. DiRx sells the exact same pills for $20, they show up in the mail without me having to think about them or go anywhere. So, so helpful and I'm so glad I found them.
