I've been using insulin pen needles for… I've been using insulin pen needles for ten years. Recently, when I wanted to buy needles at Walgreens, they offered me over $100 for 50 needles. When I was surprised they said they could ask my doctor for a prescription and then sell it to me for $17. My insurance will pay the rest. Insurance? This way they drive up insurance costs for everyone. Thank you for your quick service. I will be sticking with you for any other medical needs I may have. This is good company.

Poor Customer Service Order not delivered. When I called I was promised a replacement order to be overnighted. That never happened. The two young ladies I spoke to were were sympathetic but man I spoke to on fourth time I called ought not be answering the phone. He was not helpful and his tone was not good. He wouldn't even consider a refund. I had to call my credit card company who immediately issued me with a refund. Great job Capital One.
