We are almost in May and have not received 6-10 aligners almost 4 mos. later!!! I've called and emailed and get no substantive information, just telling me to continue wearing #5. No idea when to expect future aligners. Really!? I'm done. Stopped payments and filed dispute with my bank. You get what you pay for I guess. Should have gone with Invisalign.
