GBBecause of the way your app works Because of the way your app works, I selected the correct size for myself, but when it went to another screen as I made my final decision, I had to select my size again, which I did not do, because I thought I had already made my choice, so I ended up getting the wrong size. When I called they said that was my fault and they were not going to change my size, so I would have to pay shipping to return them and pay it again to get the correct size. That seemed pretty mean spirited to me. I don't think I'll be using this company anymore.

GBAttends Diapers with closure tabs on left & right As best that I can remember, most of the times you are pretty good at understanding the description of what I purchase. When it is delivered to my home, everything is exactly what I placed the order for. The diapers are for my mom(99 year old). A couple of time, she has told me that the diapers felt kind of hard(the opposite of the others)so all I could say to her was maybe those ones had a different substance in them or different material?
