Superior customer service… I ordered this cushion for my daughter. A gentleman (I think his name was Trey or Troy) from DME Hub called me to make sure that the cushion I ordered was indeed the correct one for her type of wheelchair. I had ordered a curved cushion not knowing that it was a completely different kind of cushion than a contoured cushion. I was so grateful because I would've gotten the wrong cushion for my daughter if he had not called. What awesome customer service! I wish I remembered his name because he was really great. His name started with a T for sure.
