I would like to see an area where you can send a short message because my physician's office is faxing the prescription to you, not me, and I would have liked to mention that on the order form as it is not one of the choices. They Advertise as a Canadian company… They Advertise as a Canadian company with canadian address, price went from $127 to $170 at checkout if you want to pay in C$. Why lure people in at a ADVERTISED low price that is in US$ when in reality the advertised low Canadian price is actually US$
