The Nirvanta relieves some pain but not… The Nirvanta relieves some pain but not all pain. This morning the pain was so severe in my neck it didn't help much and had to take my arthritis medication. But this product has helped my neck be relieved of pain as well as my arm and shoulder areas of pains.
