The only negative point is the high value of the pre/probiotics (otherwise I would buy more often) and the delivery charge. For the amount we paid we deserved free shipping. Anyway, we worked a little harder to make it all worthwhile.

My only suggestion is that you notify customers that their order has been delivered as many companies do that. My order sat in my mailbox over night because I didn't know it was delivered.
