Untangling the Complex Medicare Web I started off trying to untangle the complex web of Medicare myself as I am turning 65 in July. Robert Zahner called me back immediately after l filled out a form requesting more information. He went through what each part means in detail as l took notes. He explained each part and how Medicare works, then enrolled me in a plan that meets my needs.

Review of the assistance for the renewal of my policy I responded to the voicemail message on my land line as soon as I arrived at home. James Testerman answered and I told him that I was responding to the message. He explained to me that my policy is about due for renewal. I requested for assistance for a lower premium with same coverage. He quickly searched and found a provider with affordable premium and identical coverage. We went through the application process online. James was patient with me because I informed him that I was upset last year due to the Underwriter's issues. Anyway, the situation is different today. I really appreciate James assistance. We will be expecting the approval of my application in a few days, and I hope that all will be well.

A United Medicare Advisor Helped Me He was patient and explained the differences of the Medicare options - original Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. I had been reading the Medicare & You 2024 handbook and was a bit overwhelmed with so much information. Bob Ludwikoski was very helpful.
