HIGHLY RECOMMEND when purchasing a new puppy Although there are many websites that deal with puppy mills, puppy farms, etc, Nextdaypets has done its best to make our experience as transparent as possible. I was able to directly video call the breeder and ask all of the questions pertaining to our new puppy and they've also made it so easy to pick up the puppy as well (i traveled from chicago -> dallas). I was afraid our puppy would've grown in an isolated environment but based on his behavior and reaction within the first week, he LOVES everyone and every dog outside. He never barks (even throughout the whole flight!), is potty trained within the first few days, and is an amazing addition to our new family :) I highly recommend!

Do your research, find a great breeder We absolutely loved working with NextDayPets and the breeder we got our new little puppy through. I can totally understand where people may be frustrated with this service, as there are definitely good and bad breeders. But we trusted our breeder, as she was a featured breeder. I would encourage potential NextDayPets users to thoroughly vet the breeder before purchasing a puppy, just as you would on any service.

Of course Of course, I am perfectly delighted with my puppy - so in that regard, I am quite pleased. I did find it frustrating not to be able to have questions answered by the broker in a timely fashion so that I could organize myself better. I did appreciate the breeder letting me know of the health problems with the first dog selected and did appreciate the ability to discuss 'next steps' with that breeder directly. However, I am disappointed that the differential in the price of the second (now 'home') puppy was not sent, as promised by the breeder.
