GBMost disappointing experience Most disappointing experience. After waiting over a week to get on the calendar, they remind you that your appointment is coming up, then when the appointment time comes, it says 25 minute wait time. Then cancel. Just rescheduled it for tomorrow, gave them a 1 star experience, then canceled me again, out of retaliation... Glad I wasn't in a state where I have already purchased my rope at Home Depot.... Imagine that scenario... Customer service sucks. They can't figure out time zones... On top of it, they are outsourced to Mexico and had some difficulties understanding the gentleman who kept calling me Miss when my name is obviously a guy.... I suggest, get a physical appointment in your home town... This is unacceptable. When you are already in a dire situation, you need help, not additional aggreviation...

GBCan’t get anyone to schedule an appointment I was given an appointment but then they cancelled without rescheduling me. Then they rescheduled me with someone else after I called but cancelled the appointment again due to Dr. not licensed in my area although they had my address on file. I sent an email trying to see who I can talk to but no response .

GBBilled for services not provided. I talked to a doctor for 3 minutes he told he does not complete paperwork needed for a medical leave of absence. That was the end of the session they sent my insurance a bill for $160.00 and has been harassing me for the copay of $20.00 for the last several months. I will absolutely not be paying the $20.00

GBFraudulent Billing After completing a survey and speaking to someone on the phone in order to select the right therapist, we were told by said therapist that Talkiatry can not accept her. They were in our insurance network and I got confirmation from Talkiatry in writing that we would only owe $20 copay. We were then billed $427 for 2 sessions and a patient portal, none of which we received. It has been a year contacting both customer service and billing to be told repeatedly they would take care of it just to get sent another bill the next month. Lack of transparency, care and follow through coupled with fraudulent billing.

GBSEEK HELP ELSEWHERE Nilesh Tannu is a very rude, sarcastic and demeaning individual. I will not acknowledge him as a doctor as he did not present himself as one. He laughed at me, mocked me and belittled my previous adhd assessments calling my therapist "biased" because she only used one method to determine a diagnosis. I will go out of my way to let it be known that what Talkiatry said would take place did not, and any time spent with Mr. Tannu or with this company is a waste of time and resources.
