I bought the ‘Strong Marriage Now’ program and then bought ‘What to do when Spouse Wants Out’ since my husband was checked out and would not speak to me. I did pay for and receive a private therapy session (Skype) with Dr. Dana, which was good. I did receive responses to an email about a log in issue, and this is the same email I used, along with the info email, to get a refund. Within a few weeks I, I realized that the ‘What to do When Spouse Wants Out’ program was really a repeat of ‘the ‘Strong Marriage now’ program, so emailed to get a refund for this . Received no response. I tried calling with no response. I emailed a second time with no response. Then after few months, realized nothing was going to work in my situation so tried to get my money back for both programs. I have emailed and called numerous times over the course of the year and today is exactly a year since I bought the course and still no response. Now in the final stages of a divorce, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to which they have tried to contact them with no response so far. So, the program may have good advice but just know you will NOT get your money back!!! False advertising.

This is a great program for all couples … This is a great program for all couples even the marriages that are doing good. It is dificult to complete in a short time with a relationahip that is involving the millitary auch as mine juat because of the distance in miles. It is however not impossible, thank you for the help so far

Money wasted The "no questions asked" "money back guarantee" seems to be a joke. Do your research and if you decide to try this then know that you're not getting any money back if it fails you too. I signed up for this on the monthly plan. After starting the program with my wife, and doing the exercises that go along with the program, we felt like this was not a good fit for us. I went to the site to cancel the service and, to my surprise, there was no way to cancel. I emailed them and heard nothing. I called and left messages. I tried facebook messages. I finally had to contact my credit card company to have them stop future charges. Only after my card company contacted them, did they respond to me and cancel my membership. When I asked for a refund because this program wasn't a good fit, they denied it stating I needed to "watch the videos, implement the system". Even though it does not state that all videos need to be watched of the complete system needs to be implemented. From what I've seen on the better business bureau, they are not going to refund a number of people. Including the ones that have gone through the entire system. It may seem like Dr. Dana cares, but it didn't feel that way to me.
