GBOnly adds to stress! Only adds to stress to your mental health! I've been working with this organization for 5 weeks. Was assigned a horrible therapist who wound up leaving the organization after 2 sessions with me stating the companies vision didn't align with hers. In addition it is practically IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being unless it is about setting up an appt (getting money from you), or billing (getting money from you). There is no way to upload documents directly to their portal for review. Requests for assistance from both staff and Dr. are impossible to get timely...again...did I say MENTAL health? At one point I was told that documents I needed to return to work had been uploaded and taken care of, only to see the original documents with NOTHING updated. In addition, I have not gotten paid in 5 weeks due to their lack of follow up. This organization has done nothing to help me besides give me drugs...increasing dosages, and billing me. DONE!

GBI Had Telemed appointment with Joann…03/29/2024 I Had Telemed appointment with Joann Gulley on 3/29/2024 at that time she stated she would refill my subscriptons becase she was a new subscriber and diod not want me to run out of my medications.Ms. Gulley stated she would call them in so I would not run out before seeing her in the office. When I left the office 4/2004 she again stated she again that she would refill my prescriptiona. Again this was not done. I am currently out of some medications. Joann was good but her follow up was poor

GBCOMPLETELY INCOMPETENT This company is completely incompetent in every area - My son first saw Dr. Gulley. She's pretty kind initially, but she clearly isn't a strong note-taker. I had to repeat myself countless times in our appointments. One example; she requested me to obtain letters from my son's teachers, and failed to send the school the necessary request form. His teachers wouldn't release any letters until they received a note from her (this required a lot of coordination on my part mind you). I attempted to contact her multiple times, and by the time I was able to speak to her regarding it, it was during his appointment, and then she had no idea what I was talking about. These types of situations happened all the time. We originally came to her to re-evaluate my son, and she never did. We saw another psychiatrist who was completely baffled on why this wasn't her first plan of action. The billing department is just as awful. They overcharged me and to this day can't justify their charges. After sending 5 messages and complaining to the regional manager, I finally received a complete printout of each charge, but they don't list what each charge is for. The last item, and the most serious - My son was receiving automatic refills on his medication. They suddenly stopped, and nobody notified me. I called immediately to get my son seen asap, (my son's psychiatrist already quit Life Stance at this point), and they notified me that nobody was available until 3 weeks out. I asked if they would prescribe enough medication to get him through until he could be seen, and they said "they aren't allowed too". For those who aren't aware, this is legally considered as medical negligence - If anyone is on a psych medication, it's incredibly dangerous from them to suddenly stop taking it. They could experience a severe psychotic episode and many are committed because of it. Many even become suicidal suddenly. It's EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! I'm not someone to leave bad reviews, but this medical establishment is VERY ALARMING in how they practice. PLEASE PLEASE do your research. Don't entrust your loved one here.

GBKudos to Lifestance in Frankfort The entire staff at Frankfort Lifestance office are excellent! Kim at the front desk always has a smile on her face and a friendly greeting. This goes a long way in helping me feel comfortable and like I am a valued patient. I have been to several therapists over the years, but Holli West and Rebecca O'Hair by far are the best! Both Holli and Rebecca are very professional, easy to talk to and genuinely care about my well being. They both have always promptly responded to messages I send over the patient portal. In addition they are very accommodating when I have had to change my in person appointment to a telehealth appointment. I have been a patient with Lifestance in Frankfort for several years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you for helping and guiding me through the process of making positive changes in my life

GBNo transparency, one step away from a scam LifeStance Health was the first mental healthcare provider I have made an appointment with. It was incredibly disappointing, the psychiatrist did not ask questions and the appointments would last no longer than fifteen minutes. However, they would charge me a Level-4 visit, which requires about 30-40 minutes with the patient, plus 20-30 minutes of write up required of the doctor. I can tell you that even if our meetings were 30-40 minutes long, there was no additional work done afterwards because there is no forms or write ups on my profile that I can access from my doctor. Medication was given fairly quickly but it did not feel like they were checking in on whether or not it worked - just billing me monthly for "providing medications" (which was bills on top of paying the pharmacy for medication). If you are even thinking of LifeStance, get ready for bills with no explanations on receipts and no transparency. I would receive bills randomly, months after my appointment so I couldn't even figure out what the reason for it was. They were never upfront how much it would cost either. For someone with anxiety and depression, having random bills appear made everything significantly worse mentally. I genuinely feel like they are taking advantage of people who are at a low point in their life. I had chosen LifeStance because their website looked the most professional out of all the providers in my area, but it was all a facade to cover up their sketchy practices.
