Excellent service!! This was a lifesaver for my child when no local care was available! Provider was knowledgeable, caring, a great listener and took the time to discuss all concerns. Appointments are available same day or next day if needed. It is comforting knowing you can get access to a provider fairly quickly. Very thankful for Dr. Kidane!!

NP Pascale Kidane NP Pascale Kidane Prepare to be gaslit the entire time. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical “professional” in my entire life. This woman cut me off mid sentence and said “I don’t prescribe benzos, is that why you made this appt?” You then act confused as to why I am offended. If you would have OPENED YOUR EARS, you would know I haven’t taken them in 3+ years because I clearly stated that. No, you would rather treat every patient like a drug seeker. Choose your words wisely, you are dealing with a vulnerable population with LIVES in your hands and you need to act accordingly.

Very good, Well Worth the Money Very good/Excellent! Very good service and very smart clinician. Where I live (rural) we have a very acute shortage of clinicians in general and almost no psych med prescribers at all. It is very inconvenient to have to drive 50 miles (~100+ round trip) to see a psych med doctor once a month, or even every 3 months, for my meds. I literally have no free time. I am a full-time student and work part-time to full-time at my wife's business. Virtual Psych has solved my time and travel problem. Yes, you have to pay cash and it is not cheap. But you get what you pay for. THANK GOD for DEMOCRACY and THE FREE MARKET and CAPITALISM and MODERN TECHNOLOGY!!!

I feel like my psychiatrist isn't listening I feel like my psychiatrist isn't listening to me at all. I frequently explain how I'm feeling in depth and she repeats it back to me and it isn't what I said at all. I feel like she's trying to speedrun our phone call so she can get it over with. I always feel worse after my visits but this is the only help I can afford.

This is simply a money grab This is simply a money grab. We paid for a visit and never got the medication. Then we went back and forth with the provider for days who ultimately told me that I went to the wrong pharmacy. It's the same pharmacy we've been getting meds from for a decade. Even the pharmacist took the time to try to call but had to set up an account to even get assistance. So $99 down the drain and no meds. Not okay at all! Insult my intelligence for trusting this service...not for thinking I'm too dumb to know where I live. I guess things are different in Florida.
