GBThis was a horrible experience This was a horrible experience. DO NOT use this company. They’re disorganized, unresponsive, and just want $. If you want to feel further harmed and traumatized, use NueLife!

GBWonderful people Ashlee, Zoe, Steve, Kiana, and the rest of the team at Nue Life have been wonderful! They are responsive, supportive, and attentive in their care throughout the treatment process. They also worked with me on an educator’s discount, in addition to extending the amount of time I have to complete the Reset Program because of my complex schedule. The treatments themselves have been incredibly healing and eye-opening, and I have felt shifts in mental constructs that have seemed immovable for many years. If you are looking to broaden your horizons into the realm of Ketamine treatment, I can’t think of a better bunch of people to work with! I’m very grateful.

GBThis changes everything. As I began my treatment with Nue Life just over 1 year ago, my hopes for improvement were vague and my conditioned expectation was for a predictable, formulaic interaction. My experience, however, has been profound is ways I could not have imagined (especially given the mental state I was in). My FNP-C APRN Krystal however is gifted with an ability to practice with engagement, empathy, understanding, and treatment calculation so uniquely magnified that I always feel like I receive several months of care after each one session. The amount of progress that I have made can only be understated, and I am full of infinite gratitude for the bravery of these professionals to perform cutting-edge treatments for the benefit of those so much in need. Mine is one entire human life that has been returned to its owner!

GBDeceptive billing practices This company is a scam. I didn't even complete on-boarding and they billed me in full for treatment I was medically ineligible to complete. When I reached back out to have them reverse these charges, they refused. What healthcare company that purports to help patients, tries to hold on to fees for services never provided?

GBNUE Life Health: Broken Written Promises...Watch Out! Same as other postings: Starts out ok and then received unexpected "discharge letter." Promised refund, never received. This is after using NUE LIFE HEALTH 'chat' feature where I asked if there were any time limits and the response "NO." Then received discharge and could not access NUE LIFE CHAT anymore. (They are part of my medical records, so I will be file for release.) Credit card company ruled in my favor for 1/3 of charges. NUE or WALNUT payment processor did not dispute. Remainder 'outside' legal 120 day time-frame credit card company legal limit. So, "Beware!" seems NUE & WALNUT are in this for your money, that is my experience. I have emails filled with broken promises, from both NUE & WALNUT. I am not finished with them yet though.
