Pros: helpful professionals - Cons: app issues and time difference difficulties The professionals are very helpful however I do think that app issues and time difference can hinder the process. One app issue I had was I would receive a notification that I received a message one minute ago (from my phone notifications) but when I would go to the app, it would actually be from 30 minutes ago. Receiving notifications 30 minutes late can add up to when professionals are available 5 hours per day, five days out of the week. Also, for any new people I would advise making sure you talk with a professional in your time zone. Personally, having a four hour time difference was difficult for me.

Waste of time Waste of time! I was hoping for a more efficient way to get therapy. Calmerry's procedures are flawed. The customer rep I chatted w/ provided me inaccurate information about how long the process takes and how you can use your weekly sessions. She stated I could combine 2 - 30 min session to make 1 - hour long session. The first therapist I was matched with never got back to me about scheduling an appointment. So I had to switch 6 days in. The second therapist I was matched with said I could not combine sessions for a longer session and that he only sees patients for 1 - 30 min session a week (I was signed up for 4/week). I requested a full refund 8 days later. They prorated my refund even though, I never met w/ a therapist and the customer rep gave me inaccurate info regarding how scheduling sessions worked (making this platform useless to me).

Best care about life I'm happy with Calmerry.I love Calmerry since not only do they help me financially by cutting down costs, they also provide genuine therapy. My therapist has been one of the top encouragers I've had since counseling with her. Last 5 years wouldn't have been the same without her knowledge, honesty, assistance and care about my life.

I have a very limited budget on therapy… I have a very limited budget on therapy and Calmerry is a life savior. they offer discount for start, and lots of free tools. Even when my subscription is expiring I still have access to my mood journal.

The customer service has been great The customer service has been great. I got all my emails and requests responded to on time and without any issue. My counselor is a great person, very kind, and supportive.
