The counselors are great but the scheduling needs help. We absolutely love our counselor, Sid. She has been patient and understanding and provided us calm in chaos. However, the scheduler that we are partnered with has been more of a struggle to work with. We missed a session because he didn't send us the link when I had been chasing him for it for two days. If I have a schedule conflict and ask inadvace if there is anything we can do he is dismissive with the overall attitude that of "that sounds like a personal problem". If it weren't for the unfavorable scheduling experience mind Engage would have 5 stars.

This service seems like a scam This service seems like a scam. It's difficult to reach anyone to schedule sessions. Thearpist are oversees. My Thearpist was young and seemed inexperienced. I would not recommend or use them again. It was a waste of time and money!!!!!!!

I can be honest when I don’t feel a method works for me, and I am given several other options to try.
