MindBloom is the service I ultimately went with after months of research and asking my networks their thoughts and experiences. I’m in Colorado where alternative therapy and medicine is common - but I wanted to be able to be at home for convenience of scheduling and being comfortable. I purchased 6 sessions and have completed two - with lots of journaling, use of the resources on their app; including groups, videos, and truly relevant reading material. The support team that guides patients through the experience have been professional, kind and I feel that they care and listen. I would highly recommend MindBloom to anyone looking for a reset.

Transparency Mind bloom needs to let potential clients know what the bioavailability of oral ketamine is on their website. Oral ketamine has the lowest bioavailability, no more than 20 percent. Next is Spravato (nasal spray) which is FDA approved. The bioavailability of Spravato is 30-50 percent. IV infusions are the highest at 100 percent.

The Healing Starts Even Before the First Session For me, the healing process kicked off when I made the decision to begin Mindbloom. (My review was interrupted by a conversation I just had with a man and his daughter on the subway… something I never do 😍). Anyway, I’ve only had two sessions, and I think they’ve thus far been on the ‘milder’ side, but I *do* feel a change in my thinking and so I will be continuing my sessions with a spirit of adventure and openness. Avoid (cancellation and refund difficult) First video consultation with clinician raised health flag that necessitated "proof of health" (my words, not theirs) before I could continue. Delayed potential treatment by over a month, and raised the issue of whether treatment could even be done. Because of this and a few other issues, I decided Mindbloom treatment was not a good fit. Currently caught in a cycle of communications trying to have money refunded per their policy. (Keep in mind, no medication has been shipped to me. I haven't even passed the medical clearance.) I would advise to avoid Mindbloom because, if you cannot proceed, cancellation and refund is not easy.

This has changed my life! This has changed my life! I took a scary step at trying something new and I have a new life ahead of me! My depression is gone and my anxiety is significantly decreased! I can’t wait to live life again after 5 years of depression. Thank you Mindbloom!
