Not only did the team contact me personally from the start, they went above and beyond any other hosting company ever has for me. Being new to the world of VPS, they showed us step by step how to get started, and even provided the necessary tools for us to continue on our own. When faced with a potentially fatal issue which I personally created, I was swiftly contacted and after a short while was instructed on how to fix it, allowing our community minimal downtime!
