About Recovery Connection

The mission of Recovery Connection Centers of America is to provide the highest quality medical and behavioral health treatment to those afflicted by substance abuse dependency within the various communities in which we treat. I hope I'm treated with more respect next time. The counselor I saw after the appointment was nice and seemed to care about the experience I had when I came in. The second I walked in the door of the office the secretary started raising her voice and being super rude and confrontational. This happened a few different times in the fifteen minutes I waited for the doctor. She was totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I've never been treated so poorly in a medical facility, a place I went to get help. When I related the story to other clients of this facility they told me that I am far from the only one who has been treated this way by her. Other than that my experience was fine.

Very nice! Very nice!! They make you feel welcome as you walk in! They have a very good routine, the system in there and s flawless. They know exactly what they are doing, and have our best interest at heart. Definitely recommend if your looking for a different place, come to recovery connection !

Stafff Pauline, Megan and Tami have been amazing . They have made my experience there something I actually look forward to. Pauline takes care of EVERYTHING ( if you have a problem with anything: scheduling , insurance issues , jerks at the pharmacy) she is right on top of it. Megan gently encourages compliance without judgment and Tami is the cheerleader we all need in our court. That’s it . They are great! Spread the word .

I've been coming here for over a year… I've been coming here for over a year and it's been a great help . From the greeting I receive walking in until I am walking out the door I feel very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a problem to come here and experience it for themselves.
