GBWorked wonders for me I had heard about EMDR from a friend who had experienced great results, and as I was struggling with PTSD & brain fog I wanted to give it a try. However, the only available therapists in my area had long waiting lists and a series of treatments would have been prohibitively expensive. Then I came across the Virtual EMDR online program and thought I’d give it a try as there was a free 3 day trial. It has honestly worked wonders for me. After the initial 3 day trial I was already feeling the difference and so I signed up for a 3 month subscription. Aside from the cost being much more affordable, I was able to access the program as and when I needed it, and it fit in really nicely to my schedule. After a while of using it, I had more mental clarity, could see clearly the source issues behind the things that were bothering me, and felt more calm, confident and focused. I also feel a lot happier overall and things that had been bothering me didn’t seem to matter so much any more. I have been using the program for about 8 months now and feel like I’ve had so many benefits, too many to list here. I would encourage everyone to try it, as we often don’t even realise the negative programs running in our brain, and this process somehow cleared the fog for me and made me much more self aware. Highly recommended.

GBAfter reading quite a bit about emdr… This was very helpful to me and it is great to find a company that can help you benefit from EMDR at home.

GRGreat Experience with Virtual EMDR! I used Virtual EMDR myself to manage my anxiety symptoms. The software was easy to use and the sessions were well-structured. After a few sessions, I already noticed an improvement in my symptoms. Benefits of Virtual EMDR: - Flexible and location-independent - Cost-effective - Effective for anxiety and trauma Conclusion: Virtual EMDR is a recommendable option for anyone who wants to improve their mental health.

GBI had a friend who believed in this… I had a friend who believed in this method for her adopted children. During the shut down I became more and more depressed. When trying to re-enter life, I found I had so much social anxiety I had a hard time leaving the house. I used virtual emdr several times a day and "strangely" started to feel more confident. I'm sure I'll need to use it again now and again and I'm glad to know it's just a click away.

GBVirtualEMDR is a Godsend VirtualEMDR is a godsend that is helping me turn around suicidal depression, debilitating anxiety, and work through a lifetime of traumas. I saw a review that said VirtualEMDR is saving lives; and that is no exaggeration. It’s absolutely true, and there are no words to express the gratitude I feel for that. But it runs deeper than that. I’m a loving partner, a father of 3, a brother/uncle/nephew/cousin/friend, a work colleague at a Children’s Hospital, a yogi-in-training…indeed my life touches hundreds or thousands of others. By helping me survive and even learn to thrive, my entire web of influence (which is profound for each and every person, living or not) reaps the benefits. Thank you on behalf of me, my kids, my partner, and everyone else who benefits from me showing up with authenticity and wholeness. The least I can do is write this review and encourage others to use this fantastic resource.
