Extremely Helpful Program This program has been extremely helpful in my journey. For years, I have been battling hair pulling and skin picking. I have tried many different things, doctors, programs, psychiatrist, and none of them have been helpful. This program was systematic and helped me identify the why I do it and what I can do to decrease it. It is a personalised program. My therapist was fantastic and I felt that she really got to know me. I was hesitant at first to do therapy online but in the end, I really enjoyed this approach. I highly recommend the program!

Try this program! I started doing this program with minimal expectations but it really turned my habit around. I have struggled for many years and nothing really helped long term. This program helps to dig deeper to figure out the root of the issue and build back up from there. This program gave me the tools to stick with it and control my urges. I have been pulling my hair since I was 9 years old. I have been pulling my hair since I was 9 years old, I am now 35. I honestly didn't think I would ever be able to stop. I found Trichstop online, and was a little bit skeptical at first. I found the program to help me with my trich so much, from the beginning, and by the end of my 8 week program, I have nearly completely stopped pulling my hair ( few accidentally hairs within past 3 weeks ). I feel confident and positive about continuing my work overcoming trich, and for the first time even, I actually believe it to be possible. Lindsay, my therapist, was such a supportive and encouraging person to work with.

They do not refund. So i used the program for about a month then decided to cancel for personal reasons. I cancelled my membership the day before it withdrew from my account thinking it would let me continue using it until the next billing cycle but no, it immediately shut me out of the program. I emailed customer service for a refund and they said they don't issue refunds but will credit me if i choose to sign up again... When I signed up i didn't see anything saying that they don't issue refunds. UPDATE: AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND THEIR TEAM SEEING THIS REVIEW THEY ISSUED THE REFUND.
