GBSafe and Calm!!!! I have tried regular therapy and never found it helpful. I wasn't sure how Waji would feel or if it would work but I tried it. I found it to be very calming, and it helps me connect with my feelings so I can process what is going on. I use it whenever I feel shutdown which is less often. I have fewer nightmares, which used to wake me up nightly with sweaty gross sheets. Big improvement and I was able to do this MYSELF. I really recommend Waji.

GBIt's doing something positive for me I just started using Waji again. So it's a little too early to tell, but using this app is doing something positive deep within. I don't find using it distressing, it's actually quite enjoyable and calming.

GBI have been wanting to go to therapy… I have been wanting to go to therapy for a while but the cost of seeing a therapist always stopped me. I found Waji and due to the price I was willing to give it a try. It turns out to work just as well if not better than therapy. They ask the right question and definitely work well with their technique. It worked really well for me. I no longer feel like my anxiety halts me in my tracks.
