GBDo not useNothing you have done is great you… Nothing they have done is great they don’t respond to emails I have not received product or had my questions answered on email about where my product is or if it was even paid for I use them once several months ago and it was fine. It does not seem so now.

GBNo responses or order confirmation Ordered over a week ago and paid through CashApp. No order confirmation or payment received confirmation yet, and I’ve now sent two emails. Like others have said recently, it seems like they’re not responding or sending out any orders, and you can’t dispute the claim if you use CashApp to pay. I recommend using a different site. :(

GBWill NOT ship or reply to an email. No phone number available. Ordered 2x before with no problems at all. Like everyone else I'm seeing recently, I ordered on the 27th and they have not shipped and will NOT reply to an email. Also note, I've been nothing but polite and kind with them. They have some "we refuse to reply to things in the faq" policy and I had emailed before seeing that because the payment process was absolutely bizarre. I thought it was just me til I saw everyone else's reviews. I can't even believe this. 😔 It's hard times right now and they are obviously exploiting it.

GBMade an order two weeks ago and never… Made an order two weeks ago and never have heard anything other than automatic bs email. I’m obviously not the first person to have this problem and has happend to others at previous times. Save yourself the stress and stick with spireworks. Awesome people and quick. They will actually talk to you if you need them.
