Requested and paid for 2 day shipping… Requested and paid for 2 day shipping but for unknown reasons, the delivery was delayed and did not arrive for 5 days. Ordered a Garmin Delta XC dog collar and needed to use the longer contact pins but one of them was wedged into the tool for removing and inserting them. Had to wrap the screw with tape, put it in a vice and pry it apart. All works fine now, but just not as smooth of an order as expected.

Some of the items I ordered aren't as good as the ones I'm replacing but it's hard to know exactly what you're going to get by looking at pictures. It's not their fault. They have a good selection of collars at great prices and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Their website is the first one I check whenever I need something.

Great Value I ordered a collar with name plate for our new Aussie pup recently. Several years ago, I bought these collars for my GSP and Aussie who have both passed on. I was so impressed with the quality for the price! I do believe the prices have increased since I last got collars but I don’t even care! Still worth it! I’d pay double in order to support a family business over a big box store!! One day I’ll have another hunting dog again, and will definitely be coming back for gear! They are overall very friendly and helpful when we needed anything. Delivery is always fast, even back orders are sent as soon as they get the items in, which we never had to wait very long.
