Some of the items I ordered aren't as good as the ones I'm replacing but it's hard to know exactly what you're going to get by looking at pictures. It's not their fault. They have a good selection of collars at great prices and I would not hesitate to buy from them. Their website is the first one I check whenever I need something.

Requested and paid for 2 day shipping… Requested and paid for 2 day shipping but for unknown reasons, the delivery was delayed and did not arrive for 5 days. Ordered a Garmin Delta XC dog collar and needed to use the longer contact pins but one of them was wedged into the tool for removing and inserting them. Had to wrap the screw with tape, put it in a vice and pry it apart. All works fine now, but just not as smooth of an order as expected.
