Nothing but praise for this company They helped me immediately so that I could take my service dog with me at the last minute when I was afraid she wouldn't be able to be with me at all times as is necessary. I got their help and not one word was said about her, thank heavens because I needed her help 4 times during the weekend. It turned out to be a great weekend at the convention with my helper there with me. People close by, were not only amazed to see her do her job, but I wasn't embarrassed by what might have happened to me if she hadn't been there. Thanks for your help!!

Amazing Service! i’m not going to lie I was super excited to receive my package! It was a little bent up, and unfortunately I did order the wrong size vest for my pooch. Other than that it was amazing everything was sorted really neatly everything was dry which is a concern of mine since I get a lot of rain where I’m from. The cards with my dogs name on them looked amazing the picture wasn’t blurry at all it was overall really good!

Fast delivery but no clarity on order The fast delivery was nice. But the lack of clarity when ordering was upsetting. There's no chance of checking spelling or anything else because they don't provide a sample of what you're getting.

The website and the tech team made the process easy and friendly to use. All my questions were answered immediately. When the registry was checked. The answer came immediately.
