Absolutely terrible! Absolutely terrible!! I have stopped taking birth control for almost a year now because of adverse side effects. However I am still being charged and sent birth control every 3 months. I am being refused a refund and was told that my subscription is now 100% canceled. Now they have transferred to twentyeight which is now charging me. I have screen shots and emails that prove my subscription is canceled and I’m still being refused a refund. This is the worst thing I have ever had to deal with and I will soon be seeking legal advise.

Kept switching the brand up Quick shipping & fast communication. But, I started receiving generics for my original birth control. Within a 4 month span, I had received 3 different brands. And it takes my body time to get used to each of those. I contacted them & they let me know they do send out a generic version. But I did not realize I would be getting a different version/brand each time. Will not be using anymore!

Do not recommend. I have had so much trouble with this company, so many issues have arose at every step. They don't even offer phone support, you have to email them and wait for a response. I'd recommend using a different online birth control provider, like nurx or something else.

Just want your money I have been using simple health now for a couple of year. I never had a problem till recently. As of today I noticed that for whatever reason I’m being charged $80 for my birth control that I used to get for free with my insurance. Apparently I was charged $80 in August too but I didn’t notice. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem if I was notified of this new change. But I wasn’t notified whatsoever. My insurance also didn’t change so that is very frustrating. They act like they want to help women and make things easy and affordable but it looks to me that they don’t care anymore. Very disappointed they definitely lost a patient.

So many hoops to jump through So many hoops to jump through. Paused a prescription, wanted to resume, essentially impossible to do. Simple Health was less than helpful. Additionally I chose to add an Ella emergency contraception to my next auto ship birth control order and by the time it was finally ready to ship they told me my prescription had expired and I'd need to get the emergency contraception with my next auto ship, another 3 months out. Would not recommend.
